Safety comes first
Standard equipment includes a wide range of safety features, such as ESC (Electronic Stability Control) with Multi-collision Brake, ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), six airbags, Light Assist, rear parking sensors and Xenon headlights as standard.
Included in the optional Tech Pack for Monte Carlo, the car can also be fitted with a Rear View Camera, Front Assist with City Emergency Brake and Fatigue detection*.

Panoramic glass roof
The large fixed panoramic glass roof offers an enchanting view up and is an exclusive standard feature to the Rapid Monte Carlo. For added comfort, two manually operated blinds cover the whole roof from the inside.
Always practical
The Rapid Spaceback contains a series of practical Simply Clever features and accessories that become invaluable tools, ready to use at any time.
The standard features include a multimedia device holder to hold a phone, a removable rubbish bin in the door paneling holder, storage pockets on the inside of the front seat and a ticket holder on the windscreen.

Interior & luggage compartment
The ample room available in the interior and luggage space is a key feature of all ŠKODA cars. The Rapid Spaceback is no exception, and is able to carry up to five people with ease. With ample interior width and plenty of legroom in the rear seats, the car allows four adults to travel in comfort even on long journeys.
The 384-litre luggage compartment volume can be expanded to an incredible 1,349 litres with the rear seats folded down.

Whether you want to select and listen to music on your smartphone or receive turn-by-turn directions, all of this is mirrored on the central display.

Volkswagen Group Technology
Sharing the very latest in Volkswagen Group technology, the Rapid assures quality and value. Both petrol engine variants offer exceptionally low fuel economy - the 81TSI engine is complemented with a 6-speed manual gearbox, delivering a combined fuel economy of 5.0L/100km*; whilst the more powerful 92TSI, complimented with a 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox, remains frugal with a remarkable combined fuel consumption 4.9L/100km*.
